$1,000 prepaid, plus applicable taxes and fees. This plan is simple, straightforward, and non-customizable: four deep cleanings with a maximum of five (5) hours per visit.

After the initial deep cleaning, subsequent quarterly cleanings are not anticipated to exceed the five-hour limit when the home is maintained under this plan and under regularly self-maintained settings.

Each deep cleaning includes up to five (5) hours of service. For larger homes or homes requiring more than five (5) hours for the initial deep cleaning, NeatFreak may apply its standard additional time rate with client approval.

Unused time during any cleaning visit does not roll over, is not reserved, and is not saved for future visits. There are no refunds for unused hours or cancellation of services. All services under this plan must be used within one (1) year of purchase and expire at the end of the 12-month term.
